I’m trying out Adobe Contributor to see how it works with my WordPress blog.  Seems like a cool tool to manage blogs especially if you have a lot of people posting at the same time.

Rainy Weekend

Random Comments Off

You can tell it’s been a slow weekend when I find time to sit down and write a blog entry.  This weekend was filled with me fast forwarding through movies and tv shows.  Here’s the list of movies and tv shows that I tried to get through while it rained outside.

  • International
  • New York, I love you
  • SNL with Jude Law
  • The office
  • Tosh.0

Hopefully all of this rain in March will mean less rain in April, but somehow I think that’s unlikely.   Either way, it’s getting warmer which is great.  It’s nice to know that in a few short weeks I’ll be able to pack up my winter jacket and bust out my polo shirts.

Well that’s enough for now, enjoy your St. Patty’s day partying.
Ciao

My buddy invited me to join his food blog.  He’s running a little experiment to see if you’d change your diet if you were forced to take a picture of the food you were eating.

Check out the results on the flog, http://hotpotato.com/events/flog-2v6dai

In an effort to keep myself busy, I’ve started to teach myself how to play the guitar.  After a quick Google search, I had more teaching aids than I knew what to do with.  What would I do without the internet?

After reading through some of the choices, I decided to go with about.com’s lesson plan:

I’m now working on master the G, C and D chords.  Good times!

Sorry for the lack of posting.  I was traveling for 10 days in Ukraine. I had a great trip.  Now that I’m back, I have to focus on serious things like finding a new job and preparing to apply to business school.

I did some snooping on the Internet and found jFileSync.

JFS

The software works surprisingly well.  It’s a small open source java application that runs directly from your external drive or your computer.  Once you’ve selected the source and destination folders you’re ready to compare the files and then sync only the files you want to.
